§ 153.064 FLOOR AREA RATIO; SECOND STORY.
   No single-family dwelling in excess of one story in whole or part shall exceed a floor area ratio (FAR) of .35. Detached garages are excluded from the calculation. Excluded from the calculation are any other detached accessory buildings not intended to be habitable.
