No detached dwelling, or other main building, in the R-1A Zones shall be closer than 20 feet to any other detached dwelling or main building on the same building site, and no detached accessory building, or ADU shall be closer than six feet to any other accessory building or main building on the same building site. No detached accessory building shall be used as a dwelling prior to the erection, construction, or occupancy of a dwelling, apartment house, hotel, or other principal or main structure permitted within the R Zones.
