For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Any partnership, firm, company, corporation, tenant, owner, lessee, permittee, or licensee or their agents, heirs, or assigns.
TRAILER. Any vehicle or structure designed and constructed so as to permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or the conduct of any business, profession, occupation, or trade (or use as a selling or advertising device), and so designed and constructed that it is or may be mounted on wheels and propelled by its own, or drawn by other, motive power.
TRAILER PARK. A parcel of land designed, intended, or maintained for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodation for any trailer and upon which any trailer is parked, and shall include all buildings used or intended for use as part of the equipment of such trailer park, whether or not a charge is made for the use of the trailer park and its facilities. TRAILER PARK shall not be construed to include automobile or trailer sales lots on which unoccupied trailers are parked for the purposes of inspection and sale.
TRAILER-UNIT. A section of ground in a trailer park designated as the parking space for one trailer.
