It shall be unlawful for any person to build, erect, maintain, or construct, or cause to be built, erected, maintained, or constructed, any building or structure, or any portion thereof, on that portion of West Live Oak Street in the city within a strip of land 50 feet wide lying 50 feet on either side of the center line of West Live Oak Street, as said center line is shown on the City Engineer's Wall Map, and extending from the westerly line of Del Mar Avenue to the easterly line of San Marino Avenue.
