§ 72.079 SIGNS, CURB MARKINGS, AND PARKING METERS.
   When authorized signs, parking meters or curb markings have been determined by the City Traffic Engineer to be necessary and are in place giving notice thereof, no operator of any vehicle shall stop, stand or park such vehicle in violation of any posted sign, legible curb marking or parking meter.
