§ 32.30 CREATION; APPOINTMENT OF FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   Creation. There is hereby established a Fire Department which shall have the powers and the duties as prescribed by the City Council.
   (B)   Appointment of Fire Chief. The Fire Chief shall be appointed by the City Manager.
