§ 72.035 EMERGENCY AND TEMPORARY PERMITS.
   The Police Chief shall have the discretionary power, in emergencies, to issue to any person an all-night parking permit for a period not exceeding seven consecutive nights. The permit may be either oral or written, at the discretion of the Police Chief, and no investigation fee shall be charged.
