   Pubic projects, as defined in the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act, Cal. Pub. Con. Code §§ 22000 et seq., and in accordance with the limits listed in Cal. Pub. Con. Code § 22032, may be let to contract by informal procedures as set forth in Cal. Pub. Con. Code §§ 22032 et seq.
