§ 11.20 RIGHT TO JUDICIAL REVIEW.
   Any person or entity aggrieved by an administrative order of a hearing officer on an administrative citation may obtain review of the administrative order by filing a Petition for Review with the Alhambra Superior Court, County of Los Angeles, in accordance with the statutes of limitations and provisions set forth in Cal. Gov’t Code § 53069.4.
