§ 71.76 SPEED OF RAILROAD ENGINES AND TRAINS.
   No engineer or other person in charge of a railroad engine or railroad train shall run, operate or drive such railroad engine or railroad train, or part thereof, in the city at a rate of speed greater than 30 miles per hour.
