§ 71.09 SKATEBOARD, ROLLERSKATE, AND IN-LINe SKATE REGULATIONS IN THE MISSION DISTRICT.
   (A)   No person shall ride, propel, or in any manner operate a skateboard, rollerskates, or in-line skates on, along, or over any public street, sidewalk, right-of-way, or other public property in the area designated as the Mission District Zone in §§ 153.300 through 153.308.
   (B)   Violation of this section is hereby declared to be an infraction and is punishable as provided in § 10.99.
