§ 53.11 CONTROL OF POLLUTANTS FROM OTHER CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
   Any person engaged in a construction activity that is not subject to the General Construction Stormwater Activity NPDES permit but is subject to the municipal NPDES permit, shall be required to comply with requirements contained therein as specified in the city's Stormwater Quality Management Program, including any revisions made thereto.
