§ 53.07 CONTROL OF POLLUTANTS FROM COMMERCIAL FACILITIES.
   Subject commercial facilities shall implement BMPs prescribed by the Regional Board or its Executive Officer, through programs or actions made pursuant to the municipal NPDES permit, as more particularly described in the city's Stormwater Quality Management Program, or any revisions made thereto.
