It shall be the duty of any employee of the city, whether in the classified civil service status or otherwise, who may be subpoenaed by a legally constituted grand jury in and for the county, to appear before the grand jury and specifically to answer under oath any questions propounded by any member of the counsel of the grand jury relating to:
(A) The crime of bribery or attempted bribery of any officer or employee of the city; or
(B) Wilful or corrupt misconduct in office of any public officer or employee of the city.
