371.09  WALKING ON ROADWAY WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
   A pedestrian who is under the influence of alcohol, any drug of abuse, or any combination of them, to a degree that renders the pedestrian a hazard shall not walk or be upon a roadway.
