351.02 RANGER MAY REMOVE UNATTENDED VEHICLE WHICH OBSTRUCTS TRAFFIC.

Whenever any ranger finds a vehicle unattended upon any roadway, bridge or causeway, or in any tunnel, where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction to traffic, such officer may move or provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest place of safety.
