(a) No person shall drive or operate a truck, tractor, or a vehicle designed and used for the transportation of goods and material either loaded or empty over any road or drive within the park or parkway except pick-up trucks, trucks making deliveries in the park or those trucks having a special permit from the Director.
(b) This section does not apply to public safety vehicles or other vehicles or apparatus belonging to the Park District.
