331.41  ALL PURPOSE VEHICLES.
(a)   Operation of All-Purpose Vehicle.  No person shall operate within the park an all- purpose vehicle.  “All Purpose” means any self-propelled vehicle designed primarily for cross- country travel on land and water or on more than one type of terrain and steered by wheels or caterpillar treads or any combination thereof including vehicles that operate on a cushion of air, vehicles commonly known as all terrain vehicles, all-season vehicles, mini-bikes, and trail bikes.
(b)   Special Park Functions.  Special park functions permit the limited operation of All- Purpose Vehicles in designated park areas.  Vehicles are not permitted on the walking trails.  All- Purpose Vehicles driven on the roadway shall have a vehicle license plate and follow the ORC rules pertaining to the All-Purpose Vehicle.
