331.39 OPERATION OF NON-REGISTERED VEHICLES.
   No person shall operate, within the park, a go-cart, swamp buggy, mini-bike, or motor vehicle normally considered a race car or any other type of motor vehicle which is not customarily registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles of the State of Ohio.
