331.001 PURPOSE OF WAY.
(a)   No person, shall without the permission of the Director, use any portion of the park for purpose of way except drives, roadways, paths, walks, and trails established for such purposes. Paths established as bridle paths, footpaths, or bicycle paths shall not be used for motor vehicle traffic. Persons shall not make entrance to park except by the established ways. Mopeds are not permitted on nature trails, when transported through areas of the park other than by way of roadways and trails established for such purposes, they must be walked. Horses are prohibited on nature trails.
   Individuals who use mobility assist vehicles and individuals permitted to use personal assistive mobility devices are exempt from this regulation.
(b)   No person shall operate or cause to operate any type of self-propelled vehicle or any vehicle which is moved by animal or human power over or upon any footpath or bridle path within the park.
