303.99 GENERAL TRAFFIC CODE PENALTIES.

Whoever violates any provision of this Traffic Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first offense and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each subsequent offense.
