301.46 PARKWAY, STREET OR HIGHWAY.

“Parkway”, "street" or "highway" are synonymous and mean the entire width between the boundary lines of every way open to the use of the public as a thoroughfare for purposes of vehicular travel. (ORC 4511.01(BB))
