As used in the Sandusky County Park District Rules and Regulations, unless another definition is provided or the context otherwise requires:
(a) "And" may be read "or", and "or" may be read "and", if the sense requires it. (ORC 1.02(F))
(b) "Board" means the Board of Park Commissioners of the Sandusky County Park District.
(c) "Director" means the Director of the Sandusky County Park District.
(d) “Internet” means the international computer network of both federal and nonfederal interoperable packet switched data networks, including the graphical subnetwork known as the world wide web. (ORC 1.59(K))
(e) "Park" means any and all real property owned or controlled by the Board.
(f) "Person" includes an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership and association.

(g) "Property" means real and personal property. (ORC 1.59(E))
"Personal property" includes all property except real.
"Real property" includes lands, tenements and hereditaments.
(h) "Ranger" means a law enforcement officer of the Sandusky County Park District or other authorized law enforcement officer.

(i) "Rule" includes regulation. (ORC 1.59(F))
(j) “Shall” means a directive or requirement.
(k) "Whoever" includes all persons, natural and artificial; partners; principals, agents and employees; and all officials, public or private.

(l) "Written" or "in writing" includes any representation of words, letters, symbols or figures. This provision does not affect any law relating to signatures.
