(a) No boats driving or propelled by motors other than electric trolling motors shall be operated upon any lakes, rivers, ponds, or other bodies of water owned by or under the control of the Board, unless a special use permit is issued by the Director or the watercraft is being utilized as a rescue mission or training with the approval of the Director of designee.
(b) Paddleboards are prohibited.
