No private boat shall be operated upon any waterways owned or under control of the Sandusky County Park Board that are not properly registered with state of residency, excludes navigable waterways defined by the State of Ohio. All registered boats that are permitted to be operated on any waterways owned or under control of the Board shall be propelled by a person or persons or by electric trolling type motor. Any and all other powered type motors are prohibited on park waterways. Gasoline powered boats and jet skis are permitted on the river.
