755.04 BEACH AREA RESTRICTION.

(a) No person shall enter the beach area without paying the appropriate admission fee established by the Park District Board. Special permit may be issued by the Director for purposes other than swimming when beach guards are not present.

(b) No refunds for the beach will be issued for any reason.
