753.04  OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES HUNTING AND FISHING REGULATIONS.
   All hunting and fishing Rules and Regulations established by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources must be followed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
 
   753.05 FISHING REGULATIONS.
(a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to transport or possess a fish in any form or condition other than in the round while on or when unloading the fish from a boat, while wading while fishing from shore, or while on any waters owned or operated by the Park District. (OAC 1501:31-13-08)
(b)   Spear fishing or bow and arrow fishing is prohibited in the Sandusky County Park District quarry.
(c)   Throughout the state, it shall be unlawful for any person to take or attempt to take fish by the use of explosives, poisons, firearms, electricity, chemicals, seines, nets, or traps, minnow dip net, or hand landing net.
(d)   It shall be unlawful for any person to set, use or maintain any fishing device having floats or buoys made of glass or other shatterable material attached thereto.
(e)   It shall be unlawful for any person to release any fish or aquatic insect into waters of the Park District, or waters under control of the Park District, from which it did not originate, without first obtaining permission from the Park District.
(f)   Snag or snatch fishing
(1)    It shall be unlawful for any person to use snatch hooks, snag hooks, snag lines, or to catch fish in any manner other than by mouth.
(2)    It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in snag fishing within a distance of one thousand feet down stream from any dam posted with Park District signs.
(3)    It shall be unlawful for any person to snag a fish or engage in snagging while using a hook exceeding five-eighths inches in space between the point and shank of the hook.
(g)   It shall be unlawful for any person to take, catch or attempt to take or catch or engage in fishing in or possess fish taken from any body of water that is posted with signs declaring the lake, stream, quarry, river, or portion thereof closed to all fishing or posted Park District signs stating "No Fishing" or "Fishing In This Area Is Prohibited."
(h)   It shall be unlawful for any person to tag and release fish into any waters owned or operated by the Park District without permission from the Park District.
(i)   It shall be unlawful to transport and introduce any aquatic species (fish, invertebrate, plant) from one body of water to another owned or operated by the Park District without permission from the Park District.
