(a) Rental facilities are available for reservation including shelters camping, barns, cabin, and fields. Certain areas may be used with a Special Use Permit if not reservable with approval from the Director or designee. There may be a fee for use of any Park District property. Campsites are reservation only. If a shelter is not rented it may be used on a first come first serve basis. If there is a reservation, the person reserving the shelter has use of the entire shelter. No person who has been issued a Park Use Permit from the Sandusky County Park District shall fail to abide by any rule or regulation set forth in said Park Use Permit.
(b) No person, group or organization shall use a rental facility which has been rented by another.
