Engine-powered models and toy airplanes, rockets, boats, cars, drones, helicopters, sirens, or other noise making devices are not permitted to be operated within the confines of the park except by written permit of the Director or his/her agents for certain limited occasions in a safe guarded area and the payment of a fee, if any, as may be set by the Board. Power Toys are not permitted on the beach area.
