743.04 CLIMBING, REPELLING OR SLACKLINING.
   No person shall climb any rock or tree; repel, which is to descend (as from a cliff) by sliding down a rope passed under one thigh, across the body, and over the opposite shoulder or through a special friction device; or slackline, which is a practice in balance that typically uses nylon or polyester webbing tensioned between two anchor points, without a permit.
