(a) “Geocaching” is a recreational activity in which someone “conceals” something for others to try to find using a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver.
(b) No person, while participating in geocaching within or on any parklands operated by the Board of Park Commissioners, shall fail to abide by any established rules or regulations while on park property. The Sandusky County Park District shall be notified prior to hiding of a geocache.
