(a) Discharge of Firearms, Weapons, Explosives, Missiles, Etc. Other than in authorized permitted hunting areas, special programs, or authorized demonstrations, no person, except rangers or other law enforcement officers, shall discharge or cause to be discharge any firearm, missile, throwing device, fireworks, air, electric or gas horns, explosive substances, corrosive or volatile materials, or air, ray, or gas gun, or other dangerous weapon within or adjacent to the park without specific written permit from the Director. (b) Discharge of Firearm over Highway. No person shall discharge a firearm upon or over a public road or highway within or adjacent to park property. (ORC 3773.21.1)
