529.01 CONSUMPTION OR POSSESSION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

No person shall be under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or alcoholic beverage within the park, nor have in his/her possession or consume (drink) any intoxicating liquor or alcoholic beverage within the park except in certain enclosed or designated areas or with a special permit issued by the Park District Director. (ORC 4301.52(B)(3))
