521.03 WATER POLLUTION.
(a)   No person shall, either within or outside the park, place or permit to be placed in any river, brook, stream, ditch or drain that flows into or through park land, any noxious or deleterious material which may render park waters harmful or injurious to the public health, or to animal, vegetation, or aquatic life, or which may prevent, limit or interface with the use of such water for domestic, industrial, or agricultural purpose, or which may lessen to an unreasonable degree the use and enjoyment of such waters for park lands or recreational or other park use.

(b)   No person shall, either within or outside the parks, discharge into any pipe, drain, sewage ditch, or natural tributary water course that flows into, through, or onto park lands, any liquid or aqueous waste which shall fail to comply with current State and/or Federal standards for such effluent, now in effect, or as from time to time amended.
