181.04 MEETINGS.

The Audit/Finance Committee shall meet at least quarterly to monitor the City’s financial and control activities, and shall meet with the City’s independent auditors before and after each audit. Special meetings may be called by at least two members of the Committee with written notice provided to all other members.
