(a) The City Commission hereby creates an Audit/Finance Committee.
(b) The City Commission further determines that the Audit/Finance Committee shall consist of the following members:
(1) The City Manager;
(2) The City Finance Director;
(3) One member of the City Commission;
(4) Seven additional members to be nominated by the President of the City Commission and confirmed by the City Commission for three year terms. The members so nominated and approved shall have backgrounds in business, finance and/or accounting. The terms shall be of such a length and so arranged that the initial terms of two (2) members will expire on December 31, 2017, the initial terms of two (2) members will expire on December 31, 2018, and the initial terms of three (3) members will expire on December 31, 2019.
