The powers and duties of the Planning Commission shall be as conferred in Part Eleven (Planning and Zoning) as are now in effect and as may be subsequently amended; to hear appeals from a decision of the Noise Control Administrator regarding a waiver pursuant to Section 519.11 of the General Offenses Code; the Planning Commission shall also have such powers and duties as conferred by Ohio R.C. 713.02, the members of Planning Commission may also be utilized to serve on the Landmark Commission body, as now in effect and as may be subsequently amended by the General Assembly.
