There is hereby created a Fair Housing Board which shall consist of the members of the A.D.A. Advisory Board, as established in Chapter 159, and the A.D.A. Advisory Board is authorized to exercise the Fair Housing Board’s powers as set forth in this Chapter. The chairman and vice-chairman shall be the same as those designated by the A.D.A. Advisory Board pursuant to Chapter 159. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum. The Board may adopt bylaws. The City shall furnish the Board necessary secretarial assistance.
