145.39 ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION; EDUCATIONAL TUITION REIMBURSEMENT.

Educational reimbursement and assistance for all City employees shall be subject to and governed by the current policy established and implemented by the City Manager. Any employee covered by a collective bargaining agreement should refer to their respective agreement for additional information. (Ord. 22-110. Passed 6-13-22.)
