145.32 ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION; POLICE EDUCATION.

Sworn employees of the Police Division not covered by the collective bargaining agreement with the F.O.P. Ohio Labor Council, Inc. whose pay is fixed on a biweekly basis shall receive an educational bonus be equal to the bonus provided to the City’s existing bargaining units.
