145.31 ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION; FIRE EDUCATION.

Sworn employees of the Fire Division not covered by the collective bargaining agreement with IAFF Local No. 327 whose pay is fixed on a biweekly basis shall receive an educational bonus equal to the bonus provided to the City’s existing bargaining units.
