Any City employee whose pay is fixed on a biweekly basis and who is not presently covered by a collective bargaining agreement with AFSCME Local No. 1519, IAFF Local No. 327 or F.O.P. Ohio Labor Council, Inc. will be paid for the period of time he or she is required to appear before a court, judge, justice, magistrate or coroner as a defendant or witness in any work related cases.
