The salaries and compensation for services paid by the City to all its employees shall be paid every two (2) weeks. Payday shall normally be nine (9) days after the closing of the pay period. Paychecks will be made available to the employees upon final preparation. If payday falls on a holiday, the payday shall be the last workday before the holiday.
