143.02 DIVISIONS WITHIN DEPARTMENT.

(a) Division of Planning and Zoning. The Division of Planning and Zoning shall be headed by the Chief Planner who shall oversee planning and zoning activities for the City.

(b) Division of Housing and Neighborhood Development. The Division of Housing and Neighborhood Development shall be headed by the Community Development Program Administrator who shall oversee all housing and neighborhood development activities.

(c) Division of Code Enforcement. The Division of Code Enforcement shall be headed by the Director of Community Development.

(d) Division of Economic Development. The Division of Economic Development shall be headed by the Director of Community Development.

(e) Division of Transit. The Division of Transit shall be headed by the Transit Administrator who shall oversee all transit activities.
