133.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

The Municipal Court shall be headed by the municipal judge who shall have all the powers and duties given him by law. The Municipal Judge shall be paid an annual salary as provided by state statute. (Ord. 6657. Passed 1-2-68.)
