129.04 DIVISION OF CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING.

The Division of Customer Accounting shall be headed by the cashier who shall also be known as the office manager. The Division of Customer Accounting shall be responsible for those duties appropriately assigned to it by the Finance Director pursuant to Charter Sec. 20 or as may be provided for by ordinance.
