129.02 DIVISION OF TAXATION.

The Division of Taxation shall have the administration of the income tax ordinance as its primary duty, but shall have such other duties and functions as are determined by the Finance Director or by ordinance. (Ord. 6649-C. Passed 12-4-67.)
