125.01 ORGANIZATION OF MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENTS.
   (a)   The organizational structure of all the City's departments shall operate in accordance with the City's official organizational chart attached to original Ordinance 96-098.
   (b)   The positions of Director of General Services, Director of Engineering Services, Director of Public Services, Director of Community Development, and the Utility Director shall report to and be directly responsible to the City Manager. These department head positions shall be hired by the City Manager and shall be retained based on each incumbent's job performance as determined by the City Manager.
   (c)   The positions of Finance Director, Law Director and Commission Clerk shall be hired and shall serve at the pleasure of the City Commission. Said positions shall retain all rights and responsibilities and perform all of their respective duties as set forth by the Charter of the City. Said positions shall communicate with and work in concert with the City Manager and shall follow the administrative and personnel regulations established for all employees of the City. (Ord. 96-098.
