113.06 TIME AND PLACE OF FIRST MEETING OF COMMISSION FOLLOWING REGULAR ELECTION.
   The City Commission shall meet on a date and time decided by a majority of the Commission, following a regular municipal election, in the City Commission Room of the City Building, at which time newly elected City Commissioners shall assume the duties of their office for the purpose of electing a President and Vice-President and conducting any other necessary business.
