This Charter is to be reviewed every five years, commencing January 1, 1995. A public notice is to be published at least 30 days in advance so that persons residing within the City limits can submit their names as being interested in serving to review this Charter. The City Commission shall take all names under consideration and each Commissioner shall make two recommendations to be voted upon and approved by the City Commission. If an individual so appointed cannot serve, the Commissioner making the original appointment shall appoint a replacement to be approved in the same manner and way described.
Upon completion of its duties pursuant to and in review of this Charter, said Charter Review Committee shall be dissolved.
